All Davis Airtech Inc. remanufactured products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of sale. Meter registers have a one year or one million gallon warranty.

Davis Airtech Inc.'s liability under this warranty is limited to, at Davis Airtech Inc.'s option, repair or replacement. Davis Airtech Inc. is not responsible for claims for products that are damaged from improper installation, maintenance, or abuse.

To obtain any warranty, the product must be returned to Davis Airtech Inc. to be examined to determine whether the claimed defect is covered by this warranty. Any product that has been altered or tampered with is not covered under this warranty.

Under NO circumstances shall Davis Airtech Inc. be liable for any damages, expenses, or any other charges beyond the invoice value of the defective items.

Remanufactured units ordered on an exchange basis are allowed (30) days to return a rebuildable core. After (30) days , a core invoice will be issued and payable within (30) days. Cores received after (60) days will be placed in customer's core bank for credit against future orders.

To avoid an up-charge or core charge, cores returned must be equivalent to rebuilt unit purchased.

• Sale of remanufactured meters and computers "outright" depend on availability of cores.
• We reserve the right to reject a core that in our opinion is beyond repair.
• Cores with body cracks will be scrapped.
• Freight: Cores must be prepaid to us.

Our terms are Net 30 days to approved accounts. 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum), plus any collection fees will be added to past due accounts, unless other arrangements were previously approved by Davis Airtech Inc.

Minimum billing is $35.00 Net (minimum does not apply to credit card orders). Orders for less than $35.00 will be shipped C.O.D. (This applies to orders shipped or picked up.)
